Mechanism & Pharmacokinetics ▼
Mechanism: Acts on parasite nerve cell sodium channels, causing delayed repolarization, paralysis, and death of mites or lice.
Pharmacokinetics: Minimal systemic absorption after topical application; rapidly metabolized in skin and liver; excreted in urine.
